Mrs. Foos' Kindergarten
A peek into Mrs. Foos' kindergarten classroom!

*Check out another new document uploaded to "Parent Handouts" called "How Your Child's Reading Level is Determined." This might be a useful tool to help you better understand where your student is at.

*I uploaded a copy of the "Parent Reference Guide" for the kindergarten report card. You can use this to help better explain each of the standards for all the content areas and the expectations for student work. I will send a hard copy home with student progress reports next week.

You will find a digital copy under "Parent Handouts" to the right:)

Thank you for all your support!  I look forwrard to talking about your child's successes thus far at conferences!

  • Be sure to check your student's folder every day.  Important papers are sent this way.  At the beginning of every month a newsletter is sent home with your child as well as uploaded to the connect site.  Make sure you check it for important classroom news and school work updates.

  • Be sure to label lunchboxes, jackets, hats, and gloves before they come to school.  It is easier to find them if they have a name to identify with:)
