Cougar Club is an on-site School Age Care program for students of Issaquah Valley Elementary. Cougar Club provides children with quality before and after school supervision in a safe environment while enriching their lives through creative play, exploration and hands-on learning activities, thus enhancing their quality of life partnership with their families, their school and their community.

My intent is to provide a safe, relaxed, and stimulating environment for children who are able to significantly participate in a variety of planned activities. Some of the activities include computer lab, cooking, creative expressions, creative play, special interests-events, community involvement study time and down time.

During these non-school hours, children are able to meaningfully participate, have opportunities in study time, new fields of interest, explore hands-on activities, and engage in self-discovery play. All these activities support and expand the physical, social, and cognitive skills experienced in school.
