Healthy Youth Survey
On October 18, 2016, Issaquah Middle School 6th and 8th grade students will take the State's Healthy Youth Survey. Click here for the daily schedule.
Many Washington school districts, like Issaquah, voluntarily administer the anonymous survey to sixth, eighth, 10th, and 12th-grade students in October. Questions focus on risky behaviors as well as safety and violence, physical activity and diet, and emotional wellbeing.
Participation in the survey is voluntary and the students’ answers are anonymous. Your student will be bringing home a letter with more information.
