Vaccinations - Please remember that all 6th grade students must have a Tdap vaccine and the date recorded before the first day of school. Students must be 11years old to have this vaccine. Exemptions can be made in Washington for medical, personal, or religious reasons. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your immunization dates.
