School Supplies

It’s crazy how fast this school year has flown by. Summer is upon us and with that comes school supply shopping for next year! Let the PTA help you with that! We can take the work out of back to school shopping so you can enjoy more of your summer. We are partnering with School Toolbox again this year to sell prepackaged school supplies. The supply boxes contain all the supplies the teachers have requested. All you need do is place your order on the School Toolbox website and the supplies will be shipped right to your door. It doesn’t get much easier than that! A flyer went home in student mail at the beginning of June with all the details. You can also find all the information on the PTA website.

5th Grade Promotion Wrap Up!!

A special thank you to everyone who helped make the ceremony and party a success! Tanya Martin for going above and beyond. You are amazing!! The 4th grade families for setting up the party while we enjoyed the ceremony. Kendra Campbell, Maria Sandoval, Jessica Nagalia, Rachel Comeaux, Sabeen Chaudhry, THANK YOU!! A special thank you to Rachelle Roberts for helping decorate the covered area. She doesn’t even have a 4th or 5th grader!

To the many 5th grade parents that helped set up and keep the party going and fundraise all year. And how about that incredible slide show? Heather Matthews, thank you for putting it together.

Thank you, Mrs. Kelly, Ms. Danner, Mrs. Batzianis and Mrs. Sales for all that you do.

New Teacher Website Tool Survey

A leadership advisory team has formed to explore a replacement for Connect as the teacher website tool. As part of our selection process we would like to hear from parents about what they would like in a classroom web tool.

Our goals include finding a tool that:

  • Meets communication needs for teacher to student and families
  • Provides a consistent look and feel throughout the district
  • Integrates with other online tools such as Office365, Classlink, Skyward and online textbooks
  • Is accessible to persons with disabilities
  • Includes translation tools for a variety of languages

Please take a few minutes to complete the survey by clicking this link:

Family access will be unavailable July 9th to the 15th for maintenance after which only Test scores and Reports cards will be available to families in Family access over the summer. Family Access website is updated with the maintenance dates.
