In the month of May we will be doing a Volleyball unit! The kids are having a lot of fun and finding success in this new skill. Next week we will be setting up the nets and practicing the skills we have been learning.
Starting next week we will be doing our first round of Fitness Testing. This is something we do 3 times a year to measure growth in 4 of the 5 components of fitness (cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength and endurance and flexibility)
