Enrollment Verification Process is now open
Issaquah Valley Elementary student's Enrollment Verification Process (EVP) is now open and will be available through August 13th. Please log into your Family Access account to complete the process. ALL students, returning and newly enrolled, need to complete the enrollment verification process. Enrollment Verification Process is very important as we plan staffing and allocate resources for the beginning of the school year.
EVP is required in order for your child to be placed into a classroom for the 2019-20 school year.
Clark Elementary School – 3pm to 7pm
Each August, all ISD families must complete the required “Online Verification Process” for K-12 student(s) so the district knows your student(s) will be attending school in September 2019. All families can receive help with the different ISD online verification processes: EVP, BTSCI, or RSVP. The ISD Cultural and Families Partnership Team can help families complete this process. ISD Family Partnership Liaisons, parent volunteers and interpreters will be available to answer questions about school programs such as ELL, bus information, lunch, and Family Access. Spanish and Mandarin interpreters will be available. Children’s corner and snacks provided. If you need interpretation in another language or have any questions, please contact Lorna Gilmour email@example.com by August 6, 2019.
Please have the completed forms and any medications or equipment brought to the school your child will be attending in the fall as soon as possible after August 8th and NO LATER THAN AUGUST 19TH. Some time is needed to complete the nursing care plan and train/distribute to staff members who must be aware of your child’s health plan.
Children with life-threatening conditions such as severe bee sting allergies, severe food allergies, EpiPen prescriptions, severe asthma, diabetes, severe seizures or other serious illnesses, that may require medical services at school, are required to have a medication or a treatment order and a care plan in place before starting school. A life-threatening condition is defined as a health condition that will put a child in danger of death during the school day if a medication or treatment order and nursing plan are not in place.
We want our school to be a safe and healthy place for your child to attend. State Law mandates that we must be prepared to handle an emergency that could arise on the first day of school. Thank you in advance for your help in this matter and adherence to this deadline.
