Welcome! Students who receive Speech Language Pathologist services meet to practice being the best communicators they can be. Depending on needs, students practice speech sounds, use appropriate grammar, share and retell stories, build fluent speech and/or learn to be social "thinkers." Students receive their support in a variety of ways- specially designed instruction, related services and/or supplementary aids and services.
Students learn a variety of skills that support their communication development. Please look at PARENT RESOURCES link for information, additional website links, and strategies for reinforcing your child's communication skills. Information will be updated throughout the school year. DECEMBER 2019: Check out a website called SAY: the Stuttering Association for the Young

“I think that we are like stars. Something happens to burst us open; but when we burst open and think we are dying; we’re actually turning into a supernova. And then when we look at ourselves again, we see that we’re suddenly more beautiful than we ever were before!”― C. Joy Bell C.
