Second Semester Schedule Change Requests

Students who are interested in requesting a schedule change for the 2ndSemester should follow the process outlined on this document.

PSAT Results

Attention sophomores and juniors. PSAT results are available in the counseling office during Nest on these specific dates. Sophomores: Tuesday January 8th Juniors: January 10th. Please bring your photo ID to pick up your results.

Traffic Safety Education Spring Session

The Spring session of the Issaquah High School Traffic Safety Education program will open for enrollment on Thursday, January 3. The application is available here,as well as on the Teacher webpage tab under Brenda Fortier (CTE and PE) as well as the school website. Enrollment is open to the first 20 students that apply so sign up today.

The session begins on February 4. Please see the registration for exact dates and times. Classes will be held at Issaquah High School in room 3206. If you have any questions please contact Brenda Fortier at

Impact Scholarship Applications Due Feb 15th

The Issaquah Schools Foundation is once again offering scholarships to help juniors and seniors in the Issaquah School District continue their educational journeys. The Impact Scholarship will be awarded to students who submit essays that describe how Foundation-funded programs have enriched their education. For more information on the scholarships and how to apply, please visit our Impact Scholars Page.

Program Showcase – January 29th

This showcase is a great opportunity to hear about how the Issaquah Schools Foundation supports students in our district. Come and learn about several programs as well as some larger grants the Foundation has funded.

Parent Ed/Maker Night – January 24th 
Gibson Ek Commons, 6:30 – 8:00pm

Join Juliette Ripley-Dunkelberger in an evening of exploration of creativity and education.  Why is creative thinking necessary?  How can we use it for success in school and industry? And how does it fit into STEM? We will start with a 20-minute TedTalk by Sir Kenneth Robinson about creativity and education.  We will then discuss the importance of creative thinking, and how to apply it to diverse fields, including STEM.  Finally, we will put our knowledge to the test with an open-ended exercise. Dining for Kids at Tanoor - Wednesday, February 6th

Enjoy a great meal for a great cause! The Issaquah Schools Foundation invites you to Dining for Kids to raise funds for our Feeding Student Sucess program, which provides food aid in schools.

Reflections Reception

Join ISD and Issaquah PTSA Councils for the District-wide Reflections results and walkthrough, on January 15th, 2019, starting at 6:30 PM, at Issaquah High School.  All are welcome to join the festivities, and celebrate our incredible community of artists!

IH PTSA Grants Supporting IHS Programs   

IH PTSA budgets money each year funding selected projects & programs to further the IH PTSA mission. If interested, Grant INFO can be found HERE.  IH PTSA considers proposals three times a year. Winter deadline – 1/18/19. Submit applications to IHS office, for Principal McCormick.  Questions, Patti Miller, Grant Committee Chair.

ACT/SAT Practice Tests

All-Night Senior Grad Party Tickets – BUY NOW!

This annual tradition takes place right after graduation on June 13th, 2019. Students have one last night to spend with classmates, after the hustle and bustle of graduation. Seniors are whisked off by bus for a night full of fun, food, surprises, and fantastic memories. Parents will rest easy, knowing their new graduate is having a blast in a safe, entertaining, drug and alcohol-free environment! Today, tickets to the All-Night Party are $170.
