A reminder from the counseling department: Please make your course requests for next year before the end of the week. Make sure you have requested 8 credits and a few alternates.
Patriots! Did you know that sudden cardiac arrest is the leading cause of sudden death in exercising young people between the ages of 14 and 24? Did you know that in most cases of sudden cardiac arrest there are no warning signs? Sudden cardiac arrest is the sudden onset of an abnormal and lethal heart rhythm that causes the heart to stop. Unless a normal heart rhythm is restored within minutes, death is the end result. How can you find out if you are at risk for sudden cardiac arrest? Get screened! Liberty & PTSA are hosting a Youth Heart Screening event during the school day on Wednesday, April 4
, put on by the Nick of Time Foundation. Pick up a Heart Health Survey in the main office and turn in to the Athletic Office by Tuesday, March 27
. After turning in the survey, you will be contacted with your appointment time. REGISTER EARLY!! There are 500 screening appointments available & they are filling up! Heart Health Survey Forms are due to the Athletic Office no later than Tuesday, March 27
in order to get an appointment.

Hey Patriots, the people at Ping-Pong club just wanted to remind you that they are hosting the third annual Pong Madness tournaments! Participants and the match-ups have already been finalized. The matches will happen this Wednesday and Friday during both lunches, so if you are signed up to play don’t forget to show up! Also, if you want to freshen up on your skills, come to Ping Pong Club today!

Come to Issaquah High School to watch our Unified team and friends play against the Issaquah Eagles in an Exhibition Basketball Game on Friday, March 23
! Game starts at 6:30 pm, entrance to game is free! Athletes will be signing autographs afterwards!
Hey Patriots! The Spring Fling Dance is FINALLY HERE! Tickets will be sold during both lunches this week. This year we are having a SPACE-themed dance! Get those astronaut, alien, or space people costumes out of your closet and come and have some fun! The dance will happen on March 31
from 8-11PM. Tickets are $12 with ASB and $14 without and no guest passes will be allowed.
