Liberty High School encourages students to consider participating in AP exams for the AP classes that they have taken. Scoring well on an AP exam can often earn students college credit for their high school class.  Students have been receiving a hard copy of the AP Bulletin for Students and Parents in their AP classes.

Online Exam registration is open now and will end on Wed, Feb 28, 2018. This process should only take 10-15 minutes and can be completed from any computer with internet access.  In order to register, students will go to Students must answer all of the required questions, and we strongly recommend that parents and students are both present while registering to ensure that the correct exams are ordered. Registration is not complete until students have printed the pdf of the confirmation page that is provided at the end.

This year each AP exam costs $98.00 and there is a one-time $4 administration fee.  Families can pay for exam fees online via credit or debit card at the time of registration or by mailing a check (note: Total Registration must receive the check by Mar. 4, 2017). Students who need financial assistance can indicate that during the registration process.  Students who receive free or reduced price lunch are eligible for fee waivers from College Board which could cover the cost of testing.  If students and families have questions about financial assistance, please reach out to Mrs. Armstrong, Dean of Students.

Students who have a 504 or IEP in place at school for testing accommodations should reach out to their counselors as soon as possible to ensure that any needed testing accommodations have been approved by the College Board (this process can take several months, so it must be started as soon as possible).

Morning exams begin at 8am (some exams are on Wednesdays, so students will need to make transportation arrangements).  Afternoon exams begin at 12pm and they could extend beyond the regular school day (many tests are 3 hours, so students will need to make transportation arrangements).  Some students have multiple exams in one day, so it is important to review the exam schedule carefully:
