2017 AP Testing Information

Students taking an AP Exam are required to fill out information in their Student Pack and retrieve their AP number from Mr. Gardiner or Mrs. Yamane. From April 20th – 28th, please stop by the tables set up in the Commons during both lunches to complete your Student Pack and pick up your AP number card.

AP Exam Miscellaneous Information

  • PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED FOR ALL AP and STATE TESTING AT LHS; PLEASE BRING IT, OR YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TEST.
  • Bring any writing utensils and/or calculators that you will need for the test.
  • For testing on Wednesday mornings (8am) please be sure to have travel arrangements made for your student to arrive at 7:30am.
  • For 12pm testing please make travel arrangement home for your student, as testing will go past 2:16pm
  • All testing absences are excused provided the testers arrive on time. John Gardiner will approve these testing absences with Ms. Powers in attendance. Testers do not need to do anything else 
  • All electronics have to be completely turned off. Airplane mode is not sufficient. Please know ahead of time how to turn off your phone. If it does not turn off (because it’s broken, for example), please do not bring it as it cannot be allowed in the testing room. 
  • Food and water will not be allowed at your table. Once the test begins, you will not have access to your backpacks until the end of your test, so please eat a good meal before testing 
  • If you are taking two exams on the same day, please bring something to eat. You may have very limited time in-between exams
