Liberty's Fall Sports Season Recap

Congratulations to all of our LHS Fall Sports Athletes for another tremendous season! All of our teams made it to the post season and a couple programs are continuing on in State Playoffs.

Girls Soccer

Another District Championship for our Girls Soccer Team!

Liberty is hosting the first round of State Playoffs tomorrow - Wednesday, Nov 13th @ LHS, 7 pm vs Ephrata HS.  IF the girls win we will host quarterfinals (TBD). State Semi’s and Finals will be at Shoreline Stadium - Nov 22-23.

Please come out in a Sea of Blue and support the team tomorrow at home


Girls Swim and Dive

Congratulations to the Girls Swim & Dive Team! They captured another District Championship and are headed to State this weekend - Nov 15 & 16 at King County Aquatic Center in Federal Way. 

Come cheer them on while they compete in state!


Football

Liberty High School Football had a fantastic season and finished with a 7-3 overall record and 3rd in KingCo. They made it to their second playoff game losing a tough one last Friday vs Lakewood (Arlington).  


Volleyball

Girls Volleyball played hard and made it to the District Tournament last week!  They lost their third and final game vs Anacortes but had a great season!


Golf

Boys Golf competed at the Kingco Tournament back in October with Parker Nolan, Jack Hultquist, Riley Marshall, and Mike Hatfield scoring well enough to qualify for Districts in May.


Tennis

Boys Tennis had strong showing at the District Tournament in October with Jonah Kim finishing 2nd place overall in singles. He will compete at the State Tournament in May.


Cross Country

The Liberty Girls XC team claimed 7th place at State last Saturday after being unranked all year.  Five of the seven Liberty runners ran season or lifetime bests. Sophomore Anna Grabowski lead the squad with a 13th place podium finish followed by Seniors, Haley Archer and Jenna Long.  Nate Shiosaki ran a lifetime best for the Boys as an Individual State Qualifier. 


Winter Sports Registration Closes Friday, Nov 15

Registration is now open for our Winter Sports: Boys & Girls Basketball, Gymnastics, Boys Swim & Dive, Boys & Girls Wrestling. 

The Registration process is ONLINE and open now through November 15th.
