Take child home after a contest

Talk face-to-face with coach and “sign” the student out via coach’s roster list

This only occurs with parents and their own children

Parent wants their child to ride home after a contest/event with another adult

Complete Form 1 and turn in to coach prior to the event

Once event is over and student is released to adult, responsibility of the school district ends

Student needs to get to a practice and the School District is not providing transportation

Complete Form 2320F1 and submit to coach prior to the practice

Check the box, “District is not providing transportation…”; in the “(date)” blank, one can put a range of dates if needed

Student is driving to an off-site practice and another athlete is riding with them

Complete Form 2320F1 and submit to coach prior to the practice

Check the box, “District is not providing transportation.  Parents arrange transportation for their student.”

Student is riding with another student who is driving to an off-site practice

Complete Form 2320F1 and submit to coach prior to the practice

Check the box, “District is not providing transportation.  Parents arrange transportation for their student.”

Student is attending an event off-campus during school hours and district is not providing transportation

Complete Form 2320F9 and submit to the coach prior to the event

Common example:  Participating in “Interhigh” at another school such as Issaquah High School
