Information for PSAT/NMSQT Testing Day on October 11th

9th Grade Schedule

Students will arrive for the regular Wednesday start time 10:10 a.m.  The 9th grade class will be split into two groups in the morning. Both groups will complete all of the same activities throughout the day.

9th grade students with last names A-Malo will begin in their assigned classroom that will be posted at school the week leading up to PSAT day.  During this time, students will work on their graduation required High School and Beyond Planning assignments in the Career Cruising Software.

9th grade students with last names Manley-Z will begin in the Spartan Gym where they will participate in activities around leadership and Growth mindset, as related to our school wide goal.

9th graders will have lunch @ 1:00 with their Link Crew Leaders and then meet with their Link Crew Leaders in the gym for activities after lunch.

Freshmen will wrap up their day by going to their 1st period class from 2:55-3:45 p.m. where students will have time to catch up with teachers and school work as needed.

Please encourage your students to check the rosters posted in the Commons, so they know which classroom to report to for the Career Cruising Activities. Students might also want to wear comfortable clothes today as they’ll be doing a variety of activities.
