**Any new student to the Issaquah School District (Skyline), private school or home school students must first be cleared & registered through the schools registrar in the counseling office prior to registering for sports! The clearance process may take anywhere from 24-48 hours to get cleared & must be done prior to starting the online registration process so please plan accordingly!All private school, home school, and running start students must PROVIDE CURRENT TRANSCRIPTS in order to complete the grade verification process for initial athletic registration. In order to be "CLEARED/ELIGIBLE," The online registration & all required forms MUST be submitted to the Bookkeeping office first & then the Athletic Department Office both are located in the SHS commons, during the open registration periods once you have been cleared by the school registrar. Athletes must have passed all classes of the previous term with a 2.0 GPA. Any NC and/or U grades will be factored into the GPA computations as an F in that subject. Students not meeting the 2.0 GPA WILL be placed on academic probation for the first three weeks of contests. Students who meet the 2.0 GPA criteria but who do not pass all classes will be put on two weeks probation. During probation an athlete may practice with the team but not participate in contests. Probation weeks will include any break during which a team is competing. At the end of the probation period grades in all classes will be checked. If an athlete is passing all classes at this time with a 2.0 GPA s/he will be off probation. If the grades are still deficient the student will be placed on second two-week probation. If a student completes a third probation without rectifying the situation s/he is ineligible for the rest of the season. In order to maintain athletic eligibility during the current semester, a student shall maintain passing grades in all subjects with a minimum 2.0 GPA. Students who are not passing all classes or fall below the required 2.0 GPA during the season will be placed on academic probation for two weeks of contests.

There is a NEW Athletic Registration process that requires you to register online AND submit documents in person to the Bookkeeper and Athletic Secretary. FINANCIAL AID FORM FOR SPORTS: Click HereSPORTS FEES REFUNDS:Cut Sports: If you are trying out for a cut sport, it's required to pay the sports fee's upfront & after coach provides the list of students who didn't make the team, the bookkeeping office will automatically fill out a refund form & send to our district office for processing. Please allow 2-3 week for the refund. If you paid online via credit card will be refunded back to your card, if paid by check or credit card in person, the district will mail a check out to your home address.Non-Cut Sports refunds: Due to injury, family moving etc. and must be done prior to the first competition! The student or parent must first alert the coach and reason of refund and it's up to the coach and student/parent to let the bookkeeping office know to process a refund request.

Hello Spartan Families!
This year, our first home football game is Friday September 1st. Students who purchase ASB cards prior to August 31st will be allowed into the game for free; but will need to bring some form of picture identification so that we can verify who they are. Students who purchase ASB cards on August 31st or September 1st, will need to bring their printed receipt as well as picture identification in order to get into the game at no cost. Students who have not purchased ASB cards, and wish to attend, will have to purchase a ticket at the main entrance.

We encourage all students who plan to buy an ASB card, to do so prior to August 30th. This will not only help us to speed up entry at the gate, but will also ensure students have their ASB stickers pre-printed on their cards.
