Each one of the classes offered by Mr. Hendricks are designed to model real life business atmospheres. The goal of career and technical education is to provide students with skills that can be immediately be applied to create a financially lucrative trade, service, or practice. Both Graphic and Yearbook publishing classes provide students with opportunities to learn and practice the kind of skills that are currently used in the industry. The classes can add valuable tools for any student regardless of their intended future path. The labs are equipped with the latest Adobe design software. Learning the programs will provide your students with a unique and much desired asset on a business or college resume. Companies are always willing to add employees with additional skills in advertising and graphic design.

Class credits count toward earning occupational credit for graduation. Only the Studio Graphics Art class offers credit in the arts. All classes are semester long with the exception of the Yearbook class which spans the entire school year.
