Payments can be made online or students can pay at the bookkeeper window before school or during their lunch. Check PAY ONLINE

Scholarship forms are available in the office if fines or fees present a hardship to your family.  Please contact Mrs. Niblock with any questions at

All students who would like a yearbook, must pre-order the book in advance. There will not an opportunity to buy a yearbook at the end of the school year. Yearbooks can be purchased online. (Click Here) Yearbooks are $30.00 each  Buy one now!

Days before a break are very busy for the attendance office. If you are picking up your student early Friday December 20, please allow plenty of time and bring your ID. We will be on an assembly schedule that day and students will be in the gym during the assembly starting at 1:30pm. We recommend picking up your student before 1:30pm, as it may take considerable time to track your student down during the assembly.

When someone other than a student’s parent or legal guardian is going to check out a student, write and sign a note that specifies the date and name of the person you’re allowing to sign your student out of Maywood. We will confirm the person’s identity matches the name you’ve provided at the time of check out. Your student needs to bring the signed note to the main office in the morning before school.
Your student’s safety is our concern.
Emails and phone calls are not acceptable.
Emergency contacts are not legal guardians.
Anyone checking out a student must have a valid picture identification.

The new trimester means a new opportunity to purchase Maywood Spirit Wear! Our ASB online store is now open for business! To check out our spirit wear options and place orders, please follow this link: The link works best using the Chrome internet browser.

We are excited to offer classic Maywood designs and new products (Maywood SOCKS!) to Maywood students, staff, and community members. The items for sale are perfect for “Charger Wednesdays” at Maywood!

The store is live until Monday, December 16th. Orders will be delivered to students in January. This is not a fundraiser and is not managed by PTSA.

Lost and Found

Is your child missing a coat or lunch box or other item?

Please have your student check the lost and found by the stage in the cafeteria for items they may have left around school. We have a lot of jackets, sweatshirts, lunch boxes, water bottles, umbrellas, etc.

Unclaimed items will be bagged up and donated to a local charity on Friday morning, December  20, 2019.

Please think carefully about having your student bring air pods, ear phones and other electronics to school. The office gets asked daily about lost air pods. They are rarely, if ever turned in. Please have your students leave valuables at home or tell them to lock them in their locker. The school is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

A Note from our PBSES Coach – Nikki McGrath:

This week we taught our seventh lesson from our Social Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum, Second Step.  Sixth grade talked about What Are Emotions, Seventh grade discussed Challenge: Friendships and Eighth grade talked about Staying Calm. These lessons are taught during Charger Time. Click here to see a short summary of each lesson and a family lesson question to help you continue the conversation at home. Please feel free to contact me at if you have any questions.

Annual Community Report for the 2018-2019 School Year The Issaquah School District invites the community to view our annual report online for the 2018-2019 school year. The report contains an interactive scorecard along with links to take a deeper dive into student performance data on state assessments. Because student achievement is also demonstrated through extra-curricular activities, the arts, community service, leadership, and citizenship, the report connects to our snapshots page celebrating these accomplishments. Information and links are also provided to learn about programs and services designed to assist students in accomplishing the ISD School Board’s Ends for Students. An overview of the District’s finances including revenues and expenditures is reported along with a comprehensive guide to understanding the 2018-2019 budget. For more information regarding the community report, please contact Executive Director of Communications, L. Michelle at or 425-837-7004.

Important Note: The Issaquah School District is committed to providing access to all individuals visiting our district website, including persons with disabilities. If you cannot access content on our website or this annual report because of a disability, please call L. Michelle at 425-837-7004 or email and describe the nature of the accessibility needs and your contact information. We will make every effort to provide the information requested in an accessible format and seek to correct any accessibility issues on our website.

Middle School Social Studies Curriculum Adoption Survey The Issaquah School District invites you to take part in the below surveys as it plans for the adoption of new curriculum for middle school social studies. The survey will take 5-10 minutes total and closes on Friday, December 13. We thank you in advance for your time and insight. To take survey, click here.

Middle School and High School Online Learning Registration Interested in taking a high school course online? The Issaquah School District offers online learning courses to 7-12th grade students who attend ISD high schools and middle schools. We provide students with an opportunity to take high school level courses online. There are several reasons why online learning may be advantageous to a student: acceleration, credit deficiency, credit recovery, enrichment, grade improvement, graduation requirement, learning style and/or course is not offered at their school. For more information, please visit the online learning website.
