Healthy Youth Survey
The survey asks questions about risks for injury, health outcomes, and alcohol and drug use. Schools, and state and local agencies use survey results to support our youth and reduce their risks. The Healthy Youth Survey is voluntary and anonymous and provides important information to guide policy and programs that serve our youth.

PLMS Fall Sports
If your child will participate in Season 1 sports at Pine Lake Middle School, please read and complete the online process.
Similar to ISD high schools, effective the start of the 2018-19 school year, registration for middle school sports will be completed online. CLICK HERE to be directed to Issaquah School District Middle School Sports webpage. The webpage contains a link to the Athletic Gateway Registration Portal to register for season one sports. Athletic Gateway uses your Family Access login for Skyward. If you don't know your username or password, go to Family Access and click on "Forgot your Login/Password." You will receive an email with a link to reset your password from Family Access. PLEASE NOTE: If you need to reset your password in Skyward your new password will not work in Gateway until the next day.
Once a parent has completely finished the online process he/she should see a “congratulations” message that allows them to print a “confirmation” form. This confirmation page is one of the three hard copy documents required to be submitted to the athletic secretary at your student’s school. (At Pine Lake, the forms are returned to Ms. Namrata Budhiraja, in the front office.)
The three required hard copy documents include:
Online Registration Confirmation Form (Part of the online sports registration process – print hard copy)
Emergency Authorization Form (Part of the online sports registration process – print hard copy)
Original doctor signed ISD sports physical paperwork (Dated after June 1, 2018)
Season one sports include girl’s varsity/junior varsity/ and jamboree volleyball, co-ed cross country and co-ed softball.
Practice for season 1 sports will begin on September 12 for all sports except Jamboree Volleyball (the start date will be announced at a later date.)
Sports paperwork is due to the PLMS front office by Monday, September 10.

2018-2019 School Bus Routes Now Available Online Only 2018-2019 school bus routes are now available online! Please note this is a change to previous years. Cards with bus route information will NOT be mailed home this year. Please visit the Find Your School and Bus Route webpage for your student's bus route information. After school activity bus routes will be posted on the Find Your School and Bus Route webpage as soon as they are available. If you cannot find your student’s route or have questions, please contact Transportation at 425.837.6330.

Monday, September 24- Curriculum Night 6:30 to 8:30 pm (note date change)
