Welcome parents! Begin exploring by using the search function or menu bars above to locate sites for specific employees, schools, or programs. The vast majority of information on Connect—including classroom calendar and syllabus pages—is public and does not require an account.
In addition to browsing public sites, you may also log-in with your Connect account to interact on non-public sites that employees create for parents. For instance, your teacher may set up an editable classroom volunteer list.
Accessing your Connect account or resetting your password
Connect automatically generates an account for every parent with a valid, unique email address in Family Access. If you have the same email address listed for more than one member of your family, only the primary guardian will receive an account.
To log-in for the first time, you will need two pieces of information: Your Family Access sign-in name and an up-to-date email address on record in Family Access. If you have both:
- Click on the Sign In tab in the upper right corner of this site.
- At the bottom of the sign-in form, click the Reset here link.
- Enter your email address (the one listed in Family Access) and click the Recover Password button.
- Check your email inbox for an email from Connect. It should only take a minute or two to arrive.
- Open the mail and click on the link on the bottom of the message.
- You will be redirected to Connect to create a new password.
Please note: The next time you sign in to Connect, your username is the same as your Family Access sign-in name (e.g. SMITHJOE123).
If you don't have your Family Access log-in name, contact your school's main office.
If you are uncertain about your email address on file, log in to your Family Access account to double check. If your email address is blank or incorrect, submit a correction according to the directions provided in Family Access. Within 24 hours, Connect will use that updated email address to automatically generate an account for you. At that time, follow the directions above to create your Connect password. If you do not follow the password creation process above, your account will remain locked.
