Physical Education At Home:

My Office Hours: Tuesday 2-3pm & Friday 9-10am

I am here to share some Physical Education resources that you may use while at home to practice healthy and active habits during this time at home. It is so important to move everyday to keep our bodies and minds healthy! It is encouraged to get at least 60 minutes of movement everyday. Please email if you have any questions, want more ideas, or want to share your movement activities: hoganb@issaquah.wednet.edu
