Welcome to PE! At HOME!
Hello wonderful PE friends,
Summer is almost here; we only have one week left! So for our last week, we will focus on Field Day. I want you to think back on past Field Day events, and recreate your favorite event. Check out Seesaw in the enrichment class for more details.
I also encourage you all to finish up the Field Day fitness activities from last week in Seesaw and tell me which ones were your favorites. If you didn’t take part last week, don’t worry! You can still get the field day activities in our enrichment class in Seesaw.
I miss you all very much, and I look forward to seeing you again soon!
Here are some additional resources to check out if you have not yet:
Spark!- Spark is one of our district PE resources. During this time, they are giving access to 3 weeks of lessons to stay active and healthy at home through SparkHOME. Check it out :)
PE with Joe!- Each morning Joe is doing a new workout on his YouTube channel for the WORLD to follow along with, pretty cool if you ask me! He started them on March 23rd, and will post a new one each morning.
GoNoodle- GoNoodle has some great quick videos to dance and move along to if you need a quick brain break. They also have some longer videos in the "Indoor Recess" section :)
