PE Guidelines

Hello everyone, 

Welcome to third trimester PE. I wish we could be at school to do this trimester, but we are having to adapt to keep everyone safe. Hope all is well with you.

For PE, we are having you do exercise at home, and keeping a log of what you do. Once the two weeks are up, you will come to this page, and fill out the google doc below. There is also an exercise log that you can print out to help you keep  track of what you have done. 

The expectation is for you to get at least 150 minutes of exercise per week. That equates to about 30 minutes a day (Monday-Friday), but exercise on the weekend counts also. On your google form, there is a spot for you to put total minutes for the week. Make sure you add up your minutes before you submit. 

We have compiled a list of things you can do, (which are all below), but you can also do other things. Going for a walk, or a jog, riding your bike, jump roping, hiking etc… There are a ton of things you can do to get exercise. Here are some ideas for you to do for exercise.
