The Otter Awards are a perfect option for 2nd and 3rd grade students who have transitioned to chapter books.

What's Happening in January?

Kindergarten: We are reading books in for our Mock Caldecott Awards. 

First Grade: We are reading books in for our Mock Caldecott Awards. 

Second Grade: We are reading books in for our Mock Caldecott Awards. 

Third Grade: We are choosing books for our Fantasy book project and learning about Digital Citizenship

Fourth Grade: We are learning about Digital Citizenship. 

Fifth Grade:  We are learning about Digital Citizenship. 

Policies and Procedures

Library Policies and Procedures

* K-2 Library materials are checked out for 1 week .
*3-5 Library materials are checked out for 2 weeks for grades 3 -5. Items may be renewed once (or longer with special permission).
* Students in K-1 may check out 2 books.  
* Students in 2nd grade may check out 3 books. 
* Students in 3rd grade may check out 4 books.

* Students in 4th grade may check out 5 books. 

* Students in 5th grade may check out 10 books. 

* Overdue fines are not charged, but students must replace or pay for a lost or damaged books.
