Events pertaining directly to our class are listed each week in the "announcements" post for the week. You can also view the general Sunset upcoming events on the main school page by clicking here or the school calendar here.
I apologize that I didn’t get this sent on Thursday as I had hoped. The days seemed to fly by this week! I can’t believe we are now at the end of the school year. The last three months sure have been strange, but I have loved getting to still interact with your children online and will miss them!
The “learning plan” for Monday and Tuesday is attached. As I mentioned before, it is very light. I hope to see as many students as possible for one last class Zoom on Tuesday, June 23rd, from 10:15am to about 10:40am. (Check email for link!)
I am attaching two documents that I hope you will find helpful for any online reading or other learning that you choose to have your child do this summer. The documents give information on the availability of different programs through the summer. I highly encourage both letting summer be a break time for students, and also a time where reading continues to happen, along with other occasional academic activities. It’s good to remember how much children learn through PLAY!
*Check email for the second document, it includes passwords so I can't post it here.
Lastly, I want to say a big THANK YOU to all of you!! I was thinking this week about how much work parents have put into their children’s learning over the last 3 months. Thank you for all that you have done.

A few fun facts about me:
